- We endeavour to monitor the quality of our coffee beans through our quality control process so that refunds on coffee purchases cannot be guaranteed.
- If you are unsatisfied with any coffee bean products you have made from the site or have been sent the wrong product, please contact us via our contact page or email info@kurumicoffee.com.au. We will try our best to provide you with the best solutions.
Merchandises
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return If the items are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly, you can choose between a refund or exchange.
- To complete your return, please contact us,info@kurumicoffee.com.au, and provide a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of manufacturing defects.
- The items are not refundable but exchangeable if it is simply a change in mind. However, we charge shipping fees for items returning and delivering and the original shipping charges are non-refundable
